This is a great dessert when you need something really tasty and really fast. Since this was the third dessert for me to make in two hours that was exactly what I needed.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbs. granulated sugar
Combine the ingredients well and press crust into an 8x8 glass dish.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cool whip, thawed
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar with hand mixer until smooth. Add cool whip and stir by hand until smooth and blended. Place in crust and spread evenly.
1 can blueberry pie filling
Top cream cheese mixture with blueberry pie filling and spead evenly. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Note: cherry pie filling can be used in the place of blueberry pie filling if you so desire.
